I came in without an appointment to check on a knocking sound coming from the back half of the vehicle. I was told they could check it out right away and that I might be asked to pay as much as $94 to dia sound coming from the back half of the vehicle. I was told they could check it out right away and that I might be asked to pay as much as $94 to diagnose the issue. I would then have the option to be taken back to work or wait to have it fixed. I was fine with that and went to the waiting room. After 90 minutes without anyone letting me know what was happening, I went out to get an update. The car was fixed within the $94 diagnosis window, I paid and was on my way. My only minor issue is that it would have been nice to get an update prior to 90 minutes so I would have the choice of continuing to wait or request a ride to my office to return later. More
