Bring along your patience! On my last visit I dropped off my Ford 150 at 7:45 A.M. on a Mon. for a check of my rear brakes, sticky parking brake, tailgate that wouldn’t open and On my last visit I dropped off my Ford 150 at 7:45 A.M. on a Mon. for a check of my rear brakes, sticky parking brake, tailgate that wouldn’t open and two driver-side tires which had slow leaks. Since we hadn’t heard back from anyone in the service department by 2:45 P.M. I called and left a voicemail to let me know what was going on.When I finally got a call back I found out I needed rear brakes and new cables for the parking brakes so I told them they could keep the truck overnight and do the work on Tuesday. On Tuesday I found out that they didn’t have some of the parts they needed so my truck wasn’t finished until Wednesday and again I left a couple of voicemails to find out when I could pick it up. I picked up my truck,went home only to discover that the slow leaks that they resealed were done on the passenger side rather than the driver side so a few days later I brought my truck back in to have those tires taken care of. They found out that both tires had nails in them so they repaired them,but I was there for almost 4 1/2 hours waiting for my truck! More
