Always a great job! I’m 82 but whenever I come in to have something fixed or looked at, the guys in the shop are most always kind and considerate and respectful. Jes summer and John (manager) were both very helpful and thorough and fixed my issues without question. They helped me fix a camera and front speaker issue, and some minor repair on my trunk in just two business days. I am relieved to find a dealership I can finally trust and actually like taking my car to get fixed! More

Came the service dept early the morning of my I had a windshield flashing (not sure of the exact term) fly off the car during a recent highway trip. Came the service dept early the morning of my return. The service lanes were virtually devoid of customers and there were at least three service attendants there doing something on their computers and such when I came in. Came in all the way to the front of the line and stopped. Got out and waited for an acknowledgement of my presence. Waited 15 to 20 minutes before a gentleman not even directly connected to providing support got the attention of a service attendant to help me. Once that was taken care of the repair was handled quickly and effortlessly on my part. The start of the process was my only complaint and if there hadn’t been another vehicle blocking the entrance I would have left and found another Ford dealer More
