This being my first visit to the service department, I wasn’t sure of what to expect, where to go, and what Metter Ford’s procedure was. Everything worked out very well. The absolute only concern was how wasn’t sure of what to expect, where to go, and what Metter Ford’s procedure was. Everything worked out very well. The absolute only concern was how long it took to perform the service. This was because I had a fairly early appointment to get to. It all worked out well, and I made it to the obligation on time. I was told it would take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, but it took almost 3 hours! More
