I walked into Metter Ford needing to replace a vehicle and wanting to keep the cost equal to the total loss value is received on my old van. It was a long shot and nothing on the lot that day met my criteria. Matt took my number and promised to keep an eye out. Much to my happy surprise, he called a couple of days later with a possible replacement. I was able to test drive the van on Saturday before coming back to buy it on Monday. In the past, I've had the unfortunate experience of dealers calling back with options that were not close to my requests. Matt did a great job of understanding what I needed and working to find it.
