I came in with an appt and they took the car in 1 hour later and took about 3 overall. I asked to check on a leak that I notice on the truck and once they turned it back I was told they forgot about it. A later and took about 3 overall. I ordered and paid a key fob in Janaury, expected delivery in June. I have been calling the Parts Departmen for 6 weeks on a daily basis. Nobody answers the phone.
