I arrived at the dealership on Monday, Nov. 9th at 12:30 pm...I didn't leave until 4:30 pm. The person that waited on me was Kaream Fortune...I only needed the routine oil change and service. Kaream helped many people's throughout the day. Giving them updates on their cars. He walked passed me several times with no update. I had to confront him. And he still never responding. Mr. Kerby Saintvill was the gentleman that final helped me.

Hi my name is Marko. I recently purchased a 45 thousand dollar chervolet suburban from Miami lakes Automall. I tried desperately to reach out to my salesman or finance menager Jesus Francos regarding my check. Since i had to large cashiers check for Miami lakes Automall they said that as soon as my check goes through they will send me my check back on almost 11 thousand dollars. I am planning to buy one more car in next year and i don't want to have this experience again. Now i am trying to find the way to pay my first month car loan because i haven't received thair check yet or hear about it.
