A complete disregard for my vehicle by the service tech. Needed a new steering column. Six days later my truck is delivered with grease smudges on the window and door, grease smudges all over my gray Carhar Needed a new steering column. Six days later my truck is delivered with grease smudges on the window and door, grease smudges all over my gray Carhart seat covers, door jamb paint was gouged down to metal, dirt and gravel on the floors, clock not reset to proper time, negative terminal on the battery not tighten down, and my weather tech cup holder for phone was thrown in the back on the floor. The manager Elvis sent my car back to be cleaned. An hour and a half later they had only tried to get seat cover stains out to avoid buying me new ones. The service tech even left his hair bonnet on my passenger seat I made sure not to get his hair greasy that's more important in my car. Total disaster. More

My experience was not a good one. I felt like I was rushed to make a decision just so they can sell a car. It was your typical stereotypical car dealership experience. They said they fixed the AC but didn't. I wound up needing to take it to another dealer to get it fixed. When I paid, they couldn't tell me where my car was parked. They said it's up front, after wandering the lot for a while I found it parked around back. Everyone's friendly enough, but poor workmanship and poor client service. It's a shame since it's across the street from where I work, but it's no good if they don't get the job done. I won't be going back. More
