I got a great deal on my car thanks to the manager (Adrian) and that’s about the best thing I can say about Miami Lakes. I completed the deal online and over the phone as I’m a few hours away from the (Adrian) and that’s about the best thing I can say about Miami Lakes. I completed the deal online and over the phone as I’m a few hours away from the dealership in xx Augustine. The salesman that worked with me was able to deliver my car to me and take my old car as a trade in. This was the easiest part of the process. What made it difficult was being told that someone was going to call you back at a certain time to discuss financing or being told that paperwork would be sent over right away and that not actually happening. Luckily I work from home and have a flexible schedule, otherwise it would have been xxxx getting this deal closed as I normally work in a call center. I had to call the dealership multiple times a day to ensure my paperwork was being done and would be sent over for me to sign. After around two days of me waiting for the paperwork, my address is listed on there incorrectly. So it takes another day for me to receive the corrected forms, and the address is STILL wrong. After getting the paperwork out of the way, we can finally seal the deal. My credit has been reviewed by several banks and I know who I’m financing through. Fast forward a month later and I still haven’t gotten information from the bank on how I’m supposed to pay my car note . I reach out to the dealership a few days before my payment is due and they inform me that Kia has had issues funding deals and someone would reach out to me when it’s time for me to make my first payment. Okay.. cool, no problem. UNTIL I get another hard inquiry on my credit from the same bank I’m financing through! This now makes my credit score drop because it’s outside the range of when the other banks reviewed my credit report. In addition to this, I referred my stepsister to Miami Lakes after receiving my car. She wanted the same exact car as me and wanted it in a similar price range. She worked with the same salesman as I did and they gave her the runaround or didn’t reach back out to her until she finally went to Family Kia of xx Augustine and got a great deal. A few days after she got the car, she received a call from the Miami Lakes salesman telling her that he was sick. Very convenient. If I could go back in time, I would definitely consider working with this dealership instead. Lastly, my registration. It was supposed to take around a month for me to get it in the mail. Miami Lakes was supposed to receive it and mail it to me. That never happened and my temp tag expired. I reached out to my salesman and he assured me that he would check to see if it came in the mail, if so, he’d mail it to me or mail me an updated temp tag. I wait, and never got a response. Miami Lakes is so busy helping in house customers, that they neglect the ones from out of town. I’m very unhappy that I have to constantly call this dealership for them to assist me. I should not be the one managing them. That’s their job. I’m sure you can get a good deal from this dealership, but consider the amount of work you’ll have to go through to get the deal and after the deal has been closed. Not worth it in my opinion. Update: Miami Lakes worked very hard to get my issues resolved after voicing my concerns. I greatly appreciate the work they put in, to ensure my needs were met. Irving went above and beyond. I am giving this one star because I had to, this place has been a night mare since I bought my KIA car, the customer service has been awful, doing the regular inspection for the car was the worse I have d has been a night mare since I bought my KIA car, the customer service has been awful, doing the regular inspection for the car was the worse I have done it twice first I waited 2 hours for the inspection to be done , after almost 3 hours I was told to come another day because they could not work in my car. For the second inspection I left the car and was told that I will received a phone call when the car was done, that never happened I kept on calling and no one could give me an answer I left several messages to the manager Michael and nothing happened two days later I decided to go to pick up my car and they said oh sorry we thought we called you, and now I have been waiting for over a month for them to fix one of my keys. I can’t wait to get out of the leasing contract and go to another dealer. More

This is my second post so I’ll reiterate that I bought a new car from Chevy in 2018 and I sold it in December 2020. I’ve asked for months now for my unused gap insurance and dealt with several people they s new car from Chevy in 2018 and I sold it in December 2020. I’ve asked for months now for my unused gap insurance and dealt with several people they sent me the documentations that I had to sign and I did and still have not received my refund check. The funny thing is I also bought a brand new Chrysler Jeep on the Chrysler side the same month in 2018 which I also treated in in December 2020 and I received my check for my gap refund right away after about five weeks their customer service is great however Chevy it’s horrible they’re downright thieves so I’ve decided to take a different route I’ve been in contact with the Better Business Bureau which do you have to do in order to get off there but. This is also unfortunate because my son is also getting ready to buy two vehicles and he loves Chevy But he will not be buying them from Miami Lakes auto mall More

Terrible. Price i was quote was no where near the price they tried to sell me the vehicle at. Over a process of 7 seven days. everyone understands tax, tag and dealer fee but theirs fluctuate to thousands they tried to sell me the vehicle at.
