WORST KIA DEALER IN SOUTH FLORIDA!!!! DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!! I purchased a 2019 Stinger from this dealership. At the time of the purchase, there was damage to the paint on the roof DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!! I purchased a 2019 Stinger from this dealership. At the time of the purchase, there was damage to the paint on the roof because the car had been sitting out on the lot for months. At the time I purchased the vehicle, the sales manager (Bijan Motiei) promised to have the part replaced and even wrote it into the contract that the dealership would replace the part. Over the first couple weeks, I called the dealership to get an update on the status, and despite calling basically everyday and leaving voicemails for Sales, Service and Parts departments, I never heard back from any of them. After a few weeks I went back to the dealership and spoke to Bijan in person. He assured me that the part would be ordered and sent me to the service department. I met with Mario and Dyango (the service manager), and they took pictures of the car and assured me they would get the part ordered. Another couple weeks, more phone calls, and still no response from the dealership. 3 months after buying the vehicle and no response, I went back to the dealership. This time I spoke to Angel in the Service department. Again, they took photos of the damage and promised to get the part ordered. Weeks after going (for the 3rd time already) to get this fixed, I can't get a response from anyone at the dealership. I left voicemails for Bijan (the manager who sold me the car), Angel (the service person who was ordering the part) and Michael Carozza (the general manager for service) and never heard back from any of them. It's been 6 months since I bought the vehicle and I still haven't heard back from anyone at Miami Lakes Kia. Absolute worst dealership in South Florida. If you need a Kia, literally any other dealer is better than this one. More

The purchase took over a week to complete and when I arrived to pick it up when ready to leave they only had 1 key for the new Jeep.. Its been over a month and I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the key that should have been provided with the vehicle. More
Shady shady!! They Sigurd with me for a trade in on my 2019 vehicle. The wanted to give me 17k for a trade in. I have 3 other dealers that were going to give me 24k. I told them they are looking at the wrong model. They said no we are right on with our trade in value. I spoke the the sales manager. I told him he needs to put in the correct options the vehicle has. After he argued with me he did and offered me 20k. I told him he is way to far off!! My wife and I walked out. Super rude people!! You waisted my time knowing how much my other offer was and you made made go to your place and made me a ridiculous offer. I purchased a 2013 Ram 2500 from the Miami Lakes Dodge in June of 2019, 128k on the clock. Knowing Cummins I thought this was a good truck while checking it over. All appeared to be great other than the note June of 2019, 128k on the clock. Knowing Cummins I thought this was a good truck while checking it over. All appeared to be great other than the noted concern. Amidst all the red flags I was just stoked to get a “new to me” truck. The paperwork was extremely unorganized. Numbers did not coincide with what was agreed upon. They of course tried to play it off. Their dealer fee is insane ($1,000) they wouldn’t even try to lower it. The truck was not “eligible” for extended warranty. Believe me I asked multiple times but they made sure to add every other warranty on the contract until I caught it. Again; they just played it off. After about 4 hours at a time around 11pm we signed the rest of the “fixed” contract. Upon purchasing an agreement was made to do an alignment on the truck. It took three days and countless trips to the dealer being told the truck was done. Only to show up and the truck was not completed. Paperwork was done four days prior to being able to take the truck home because what was agreed upon was not done. I waited the fourth day until the alignment was done for over 5 hours. Hearing every excuse in the book that the alignment was good before they even put it on the rack to align it. Finally they “finished” the alignment. Taking delivery of the truck the steering wheel was still very much off center. I drove over 2 hours back home. Saying screw it im over it. I’ll align it myself. A week goes buy. Truck seems good I get a call from the dealer they have to “reconsider the loan” (in dealer terms that means we screwed up and approved the loan before the bank gave us permission) my payment went up $100 a month. I politely declined. Offered to bring the truck back. Knowing they would say no. We hung up to only get a call back a week later saying the same thing but this time $70 more a month. Again; declining and offering to bring the truck back. Knowing I signed a contract and they need to keep their word on what we signed. About 4 calls later they finally got their end situated. Fast forward 6 months, December 2019 and less than 3,000 miles into ownership of the truck and the engine spun a rod bearing.( The truck never saw past 2500rpm and I never beat the truck up) We made about 15 calls to the dealer, 10 emails with no response. Every person I dealt with on the deal was “no longer working there” knowing Dealership’s and how they operate as a revolving door of employees we finally got to the president of the company thinking he would want to make sure his customers are taken care of. He offered to help by saying “I’ll pay diagnostic” I would have to tow it at my expensive and repair it at my expense. I would be out of pocket more had I chose that route. The absolute worst dealership experience I have ever dealt with. From top to bottom. More
