I explained clearly my intentions and the dealership still convinced me to come in to appraise my trade. Complete WASTE of TIME. They were unprepared, unprofessional about not being able to assign a value to my collective exotic car and gave me the run-around to avoid saying they could not take my trade to still ask for the sale of their truck. AVOID this dealership and possibly trading in a vehicle at all. Not very good customer service and rude experience. I don't normally write reviews but I am doing this to save you a headache and aggravation. Seek help elsewhere. More
