Poor customer service I gave one star because we're happy with our purchase and that's about it. I will summarize our experience in just a few words. We bought the car July I gave one star because we're happy with our purchase and that's about it. I will summarize our experience in just a few words. We bought the car July 4th 2017. The floor mats and the radio antenna were missing. It was impossible to reach our salesperson person, Yasmany B because he wouldn't return my calls or text messages. Days later, we finally touched base and he assured us that we will have those items as soon as possible. It's been more than a month since we purchased the car, we still don't have the missing items and the salesperson hasn't contacted us. We live in Palm Beach county so driving to the Miami dealership just to talk to someone in person is out of the question. My advice is make sure you double check the car you purchase because once you drive away, chances are, nobody will follow up with you in case you have an issue. More
