Poor Sales Experience As we made our way in, we were greeted with a small smirk instead of a smile. After we chose the vehicle we wanted to purchase, it came down to talk about price. Now, being a salesman, you have to sell me a vehicle not play cashier. As time passed during our negotiations, he would become more and more upset. Banging his fist on the desk was a sign for us to leave. He took the keys of our personal vehicle that was being traded in and did not let us leave until we were satisfied with the sale. This made us have a very poor experience. It was his way or nothing. After 6 hours at the dealer, we received the vehicle completely dirty. When we told him, he wanted us to leave the vehicle there over the weekend. After having such excitement on our new purchase, we were left with disappointment. We do recommend the dealer for having a wide selection of vehicles, but be aware of the poor sales experience you will have. At the end we did purchase a vehicle and we are very satisfied with it.
