Ryan contacted me about my car and my and gave me great new that my car will be fixed under a special policy under GM. I needs tires and a new wheel and was given a great price. I was called later after the other repairs were finish visit. On my way out i was greated by the Service Manger Elvis who walked me to the cashier to pay my bill and receive my key. I was happy to see my car washed and the new tires look nice and shiny. I will return to Miami Lakes Auto Mall for my next visit. More

I handed him the flyer and he called Ricky over to give me a better understanding of the flyer offer. I explained to Robert the Maximum I wanted to pay for an SUV. And he Calm me figured a way to make this happen. Ricky and Him heard me out about the program I needed with regards to payment and mileage. They were not trying to convince me out of my decision and worked out very quick. At the finance Department I had Mr. Martinez be very professional and straight to my contracts. Chevy employees listen first and see if there are possibilities to make offers happen. They don't try to indulge you into other ideas or ignore your input. I am very satisfied with my decision. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!! Warning to all - Do not buy a car here. I bought a used VW Jetta back in October. It was a 6 hour ordeal and I was paying all cash with no trade in. The day after parking it in my driveway for the first time the battery was dead and I noticed a bad oil leak. I took it back to them abd they told me it was "as is". After discussing with them they said they would look at it. They ended up replacung the battery but said the oil leak was fine that it was just "left over oil on the filter from when they changed it". The car continued to leak oil. Last week when I went to get it changed for the first time the oil change place said "Do you know your oil pan gasket is in really bad shape and needs to be replaced". They noticed this after less than a minute. Miami Lakes Automall would rather pretend all is good and lie than to make a happy cutoner. Paul White was the sales rep. Stay away from this place at all costs. More
