Waste of time Went to get a Kia Rio listed for $8900 offered 8500 over the phone which they accepted. Talk to Rudy over the phone had me drive 1h45m. Was approved c Went to get a Kia Rio listed for $8900 offered 8500 over the phone which they accepted. Talk to Rudy over the phone had me drive 1h45m. Was approved credit with my bank at 3.65%. Kia gave me 19.75% and said the $8500 offer was good only if I used their bank at 19.75%. Mind you I have a 800 credit score. Waste of time More
