Bad experience I went in with the intention of buying , but I had no problem with leasing if I got a decent deal. I was quoted a price for my trade (verbally) but I went in with the intention of buying , but I had no problem with leasing if I got a decent deal. I was quoted a price for my trade (verbally) but they wanted me to lease it, then the price of the trade was $2000.00 less than what they wrote on the contract I missed that, since I was signing more papers than if I had bought a house. The end result all they said "I am sorry" by the sales manager (Greg Muir) even though the salesman knew that he had said that the trade was worth $3000.00 They also play with the numbers in their favor to make the contract that you need a lawyer to understand it. This was a leasing contract, since buying it, you had to finance with them at whatever rate, in order to get any rebates. Will never set foot on this dealership again. More

I reconfirmed with her that the vehicle was still there at the lot. She told me that it was still there, and she assured me that it was in the front of the dealer that I would see it pulling up. approx 3:30 pm Friday, October 2nd. I informed her I will heading over now, from Cutler Bay, depending on traffic will take me a while, with my family in tow it took me another hour in a half to arrive. When I get there I was given to a salesman which had me waiting for 15 minutes to tell me that he had bad news that the car was just sold. Of course I was upset of what was told to me, not so much that the car was sold. Rather that I was misled to believe that it was there to get me through the door. The staff has no compassion for the customers time. The car was sold 2 days prior to me arriving, I know, because I had someone else call to find out after I left the dealer. During the time I was inquiring about the vehicle, I expressed 100% interest in purchasing after test driving and seeing it in person. Especially knowing I had already been approved by my bank and had them standing by upon inspecting the car. Not only making me go through this but also my wife and 2 daughters. Didn't even have the common courtesy to call me to let me know of the circumstances and allowing me to make the decision whether to go or not. It took us another 2 hours to get home because of rush hour traffic.I will never go to that dealer again and will not refer any of my family, friends and co-workers as well. The company lacks professionalism, honesty and compassion. I'm a firm believer, You don't have a second chance, for a first impression. You have been Warned! More
