While customers wondered around. When he returned he advised there wasn't a deal they could work out for me so I just went next door to Drive Time which I called once I found out auto malls advertised cars where not the same and made an appointment while I was waiting. Went over and was met within seconds got the best effortless customer service I ever had test drove a few cars before picking one and was given a good trade in value for my old 350Z, financed with great options, insured, tag transferred and sky net activated for my new X5 and out I went. Not even going into the details of how their Salesman Steve Gomes went the extra mile to get me in my new wheels. I can't even remember anything from the Auto Mall salesman asside of his colleagues making fun of his Dominican accent as we passed by their huddle. Unremarkable to carefree and refreshing is how I would compare the two dealers. Very disgusted then impressed between the two. First and last time I go near auto mall and comparable to experiences I had with Esserman dealership across from them. More

It caught my attention as being so young staff play such professional work as Irving Gonzalez who, with great patience and sweetness took us to where we wanted with the amazing help of Jesus. Both were very respectful, super-professional and gentle. The truth is that buying a car is always a bit annoying but the guys here are so competent that waiting, does not make you feel that you are wasting your time Because they will find the way to help you and you leave satisfied. My credit rating is EXCELLENT, but after being in the dealer for over 5 hours, they took advantage that my blood pressure was HIGH my salesperson showed me a piece of paper with the amount of the vehicle, and SOMEONE changed the numbers that we had negotiated in the sales office. There are plenty of honest, well-intentioned car-dealer sales person and personnel... but there are also plenty that aren't. Miami Lakes Automall will tell you anything to sell you a car. I have tried to contact the sales person MAYRA RUIZ & JESUS FRANCOS trying to find a resolution, but they have ignored me completely. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY LIE, and they try to hide stuff!
