DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM MIAMI LAKES AUTO MALL DEALERSHIP. I always advise clients to buy used vehicles from major car dealerships because most have a reputation of standing behind their products but Miami Lakes Auto Mall is the first major dealership that reacted hostilely to my wanting to return their vehicle the same day I purchased it. I've purchased used vehicles from major car dealerships like Lincoln of Pembroke Pines and Chevrolet Auto Nation in Pembroke Pines and drove those cars for several years without incident. The salesman and manager at Miami Lakes Auto Mall were dismissive, disrespectful and borderline desperate for a deal that had only taken place 10 hrs ago... More
AVOID! FRAUD! Unethical Business Practices! BBB Rating C- On 11 Dec 14, prior to purchasing a 2013 Dodge Ram Quad Cab, I paid Miami Lakes Auto Mall (Chrysler) to conduct a detailed vehicle inspection. I spec On 11 Dec 14, prior to purchasing a 2013 Dodge Ram Quad Cab, I paid Miami Lakes Auto Mall (Chrysler) to conduct a detailed vehicle inspection. I specifically asked the service department management (J Wood) to thoroughly inspect the frame and other components due to a prior front accident reported on CARFAX in 2013. I received a written report from Miami Lakes Auto Mall stating that all of the vehicle components were in “NEW or LIKE NEW CONDITION and DID NOT REQUIRE SERVICE”, with the exception of a cracked valve cover. With this information in hand, my daughter and I purchase the vehicle and I had it shipped to Arkansas where she is stationed with the US Air Force. When my daughter received the vehicle, she immediately took it to the Chrysler dealership in Arkansas to have the valve cover repaired. The Chrysler dealership technicians in Arkansas immediately noticed MAJOR VISUAL damage to the FRAME, AXLE and SWAY BAR COMPONENTS – the same parts that according to Miami Lakes Auto Mall were in “New or Like New Condition”. So, I immediately contacted the management (V. Mayoli) at Miami Lakes Auto Mall to inquire why their authorized service technician (G. Osorno) failed to notice any of these obvious damaged parts. I stated that I paid for a complete vehicle inspection and that the inspection was either very poorly performed or their service technician is totally incompetent at his job….a far cry from the “World Class Visual Inspection” advertised in their own report! The Miami Lakes Auto Mall management immediately tried to place blame elsewhere instead of standing behind their work. They never once explained why their own inspection report was so flagrantly flawed, as it clearly stated the AXLE and SWAY BAR COMPONENTS were inspected and passed with ZERO faults…period. For three weeks, I send countless emails to the management at Miami Lakes from the GM (F. Senra) on down and constantly got pushed from one manager to another. All I received was delay after delay and horrendously poor customer service…it’s not hard to see why they have a C- rating with the BBB, just surprised it’s not a F-. So, after endless complaining, they reluctantly agreed to refund my money for the inspection; however, I was still forced to pay $1000 out of pocket to have the Chrysler dealership in Arkansas fix the same parts that Miami Lakes reported as “New or Like New”. On a side note, their Fixed Operation Manager (Mr. P. Giuliano) was absolutely one of the most arrogant, rude and unprofessional individuals that I have ever corresponded with in a management role. He displayed poor management traits and absolutely no social skills in dealing with customers. He never once addressed any of the issues and basically said they take “zero” responsibility for their work regarding my vehicle inspection. I find it hard to believe that Chrysler would allow such an unethical and immoral company to be associated with their name and even one that takes advantage of active military members protecting our country! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! I have reported them to Chrysler HQ, the BBB and the FL State Attorney’s Office for fraud and unethical business practices. More

Very friendly and great personal attention. I've mainly dealt with the service department for my 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T. I had some unique issues and because of the nature of the concerns I r I've mainly dealt with the service department for my 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T. I had some unique issues and because of the nature of the concerns I received a call from a store manager who was very patient and accommodating. While dealing with issues like these can be an absolute chore, Perry did his very best to make sure that it was as pleasant as such an issue can be. I'm very thankful for the time he took and the attention he gave my concern. More
