I had trouble with my front axle and stopped in for infor and inspection and was received by Mr. Edmundo Palacios. He was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding my problem. He advised me I could leave my and inspection and was received by Mr. Edmundo Palacios. He was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding my problem. He advised me I could leave my truck then but I came back the next day April 12,2012. I left my truck at 7:00 am and he said he would call by 11:00,he called at 8:15 and told me my truck would be ready the same day. I picked it up at 4:30. This was the best service I have every received from a dealership. More

He was very knowledgeable with knowing what type of service my vehicle needed for it's warranty work. I am very please to have met a reliable and dependable associate of Miami Lakes Auto Mall. He is knowledgeable and helpful in the service department.
