I was on my way to work when the LOW OIL started flashing.All the oil leaked out the engine and splashed all over the bottom of the car components.Anyway I got the car towed to Miami Lakes Automall flashing.All the oil leaked out the engine and splashed all over the bottom of the car components.Anyway I got the car towed to Miami Lakes Automall where I met Edmundo Palacios.He calmed me down and explained what was going on.The oil pump gasket had came loose.This was covered under the GM warranty ,and he also helped me with a loaner while the part was ordered for the car.I realy appreciate his knowledge of good customer service.Keep up the good work!!! More

Edmundo gives great customer service, I started out at pembroke pines Chevrolet, I would take any service person, but then I got Edmundo. Everytime after that I requested him.
