The salesman looked me in the eye and told me there were no problems with the car. The car broke down and I took it in to find out all the probelms it had. They thought I was the previous owner and that I had refused to fix the part that had busted. They had kept calloing me to find out if everything was ok and I thought they were good guys, but they knew the car was going to break down anytime and they just wanted to make sure I brought it into them for repairs......no way I am taking the car to them. They are crooks are far as I am concerned More

The service time is decent as well. In the past I have experience all day service jobs. However, most of my services last 3 hours or less. With the free Wi-Fi, it gives me a chance to catch up on a few things. The customer service is good and I recently worked with Joel Gonzalez. He was professional, knowledgeable, and solution oriented. He took the time to review my car history before presenting options. He also addressed my concerns before recommending specific services. I had to take my truck in to service my breaks. When I got to the service area I didn't know who to talk to and another service member asked if I needed help.
