Since every other dealership in Miami has turned out to be such a waste of time, I decided to give Miami Lakes Mitsubishi a shot because I couldn't make it up to the regular dealership that services my car be such a waste of time, I decided to give Miami Lakes Mitsubishi a shot because I couldn't make it up to the regular dealership that services my car. I made a 10:15 appointment for Saturday and after getting a bit lost showed up a few mins late. I stood around for a good 10 mins before I actually had to walk in to get someone to help me. Once I found Eddie however, he took care of me right away. I was in for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation. Eddie worked promptly to write everything up and told me my car would be about 3 hours. This was a bit strange since I had made an appointment but I just assumed everyone else who made an appointment was already in getting their cars done. So I took the time to walk around and luckily I had a friend with me so that took care of the time. Eddie informed me that my car was in fine condition, washed it up and sent me on my way. Except for forgetting to top of the windshield wiper fluid (it was empty before the car got in and empty when I left) my experience was very good. Eddie took care of me from start to finish, and even went out of his way to make sure that because of the fluid incident I would be taken care of next time I was in. I had met Eddie just that day but it felt like I had known him forever, and that's how every person I met that day made me feel, very welcomed and very at home.
