Crappy and outdated lobby, finance manager not very honest, hid the total price ,show me a different one in the computer, added 3 service contracts that are worthless ,told me they were part of the fin honest, hid the total price ,show me a different one in the computer, added 3 service contracts that are worthless ,told me they were part of the finance deal to get a better interest, gave me incomplete paperwork and I didn’t realize I didn’t saw a complete picture of the deal ,just a bit here and there, after 5 hours I just wanted to get out of there and because I wanted the car as a gift for my wife I signed everything,( totally my fault)with out checking the final deal ,after a couple of days I called to complain and he emailed me a purchase order with my signature (´I’m completely sure I didn’t signed that paper)and a price of 31400 ,the one the salesman show me had the agreed price $ 29500 ,of course I didn’t signed that one ,I believe that what they did is very dishonest,they sold me one car but I will never set foot on that Dealer Again, and I have been a Kia costumer since 20 years ago ,Also my fault I didn’t check the BBB rating for this Dealership and not surprising it has and F,I really REGRET going to this place to buy a car . Manager was very rude and pushy. After giving $2500 down he stated I needed to give more. He said to just put another $1000 on my credit card. Very unpleasant and unprofessional.
