I am very sad to have to give Miami Lakes Automall Chrysler Jeep Brand a 1 this time. We brought in our Jeep Patriot back in December 2022 to have warranty work done on it. We literally did not get Chrysler Jeep Brand a 1 this time. We brought in our Jeep Patriot back in December 2022 to have warranty work done on it. We literally did not get it back until Feb 2023. Any and all communication had to be initiated by us - we went in 1-2 times per week to check on it. We even authorized the "recommended" extra work (clutch/pressure plate/throw-out bearing & fly wheel which cost $500 out of our own pocket ). When we finally got the vehicle back we had it 2wks before the clutch failed and there was puddle of break fluid under the vehicle and we had to get it towed! Also my name is Dawn, my middle name is Michelle - and I've been trying to get the main office to change this since I bought the vehicle in 2016. We are not happy campers!
