Purchased a truck on November 9th. Traded in another vehicle and Miami Lakes Automall and they said they would pay off my trade in. By Florida law they have to pay off the trade in wit Traded in another vehicle and Miami Lakes Automall and they said they would pay off my trade in. By Florida law they have to pay off the trade in within 10 days. 30 days later the bank drafted another payment out for the trade in. I have contacted them several times to get them to payoff the trade in. However, apparently they just don't care that i am still paying on the car that i traded in. I have told them that i will be suing them for breach of contract. You would be wise to take heed. More
