Worst customer service experience! When we saw that their offices were dingy and dirty we should have walked away. When they told us the price was higher than advertised, we should've walk away. Now, the temporary tag they gave us is about expired. They told us.. oops we didn't do the paperwork to transfer the tag and would email a copy of it. I've called and emailed them, no one bothers to reply. So once you sign on the dotted line, you do not matter. All they care about is getting sales. I'm about to be without a car and making payments on it when I won't even be to drive to work. Please go elsewhere and save yourself a major headache! More
