I told them tp rotate my tires and they did not at first. I had to remind them to rotate my tire and was told that it was not covered with the oil change and i told them i knew that and i wanted it first. Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. . and guess what after 2 hours and 30min waiting they didn't do the tire rotation. As usual. Service times are too long I had an appointment for 7:15 am and got out at 9:30am. My car was left dirty with all the service dirty mat cover and plastic seat cover. I did not get car wash nor was my servic am and got out at 9:30am. My car was left dirty with all the service dirty mat cover and plastic seat cover. I did not get car wash nor was my service decal changed. Service process needs to get better here. Along with serivce promotion $80 dollars for an oil change on a basic car is a bit much. More
