Hi I just wanted to let you know about my experience with Miami lakes auto mall Dodge Ram service, I will not recommend to anyone that thinks about bringing their vehicle here in Maimi Lakes Auto Mall, Speci Miami lakes auto mall Dodge Ram service, I will not recommend to anyone that thinks about bringing their vehicle here in Maimi Lakes Auto Mall, Specially the service advisor Chriss Willcox, Very unprofessional, I had to literally help him look for the warranty number and phone so he could call, Not only that I had to go to the service dept several times to get an update on my vehicle, I texted Chriss several times and maybe once he texted me back, I had my truck in the service for 3 weeks, it took Chriss 9 days to have my vehicle looked at and that's because I had to go and beg him to check the car, it was not totally Maimi Lakes fault the warranty dept took a long time to resolve my Claim, and please if you buy a used car or new car DO NOT BUY A WARRANTY FOR YOUR CAR, the service advisors hate dealing with the warranty dept. But I must say that there was a service advisor was very, very helpful his name is Giovany Great gentleman. and one last thing, when I received my truck I opened the driver side door and found my seat laid back like someone was sleeping in it and found a couple of scratches that were not there before, also when the ABS Buster break was replaced the surrounding area was full of fluids the mechanic didn't even clean it. The service department of Miami lakes auto mall is the worst . My 2024 high country had a recall for some part of the motor I brought it in almost a month ago Nicolas is the one in charge but he never cal worst .
