Took my car to get serviced and. No one could say when the brakes would be done. I had no car for 5 days and spent over 200 dollars on lyft. No one in service answers the phone. I spent 5 hours on a Saturday calling to see if the truck was ready as promised before getting a hold of a person who finally told me the brakes had not come in. I was given a rental for the final day. The oil pan still leaks (dirty oil and there was an oil change paid for) and when my husband looked at the brake rotors it was nicked. Not at all happy with the service. All of this was for a brake job and oil change. They took no notation of any of the other things I tried to tell them...like the horn is not working along with the buttons on the steering wheel. 6/7 days for an oil change and brakes is ridiculous and to not even be offered a rental, when I have a child and myself to get to school. I am still irate. And I paid $2,100 not including LYFT fees to get my son and myself to school (I'm a teacher). And no one was wearing masks with a child who is too young to be vaccinated around. And my young son did take note of the cashier who was "making out" with the sales man in the car lot. Oh, and voice mails are full everyday, all day. The service rep "Kirby" was great. More
Did not do anything I asked did not give any recommendations. Not once did I speak to a service technician or the person overseeing vehicle concerns. Upon pick up of car, no clear direction on where to go. Associates at checkout could care less did not engage or ask if I needed assistance had to ask where to go to pick up and make payment. Vehicle concerns we’re not address especially water leak into front foot well of passenger side. Rotation of tires were not done. Nobody went over anything in regards to my car when picked up. No acknowledgement. To top it off I was given my key fob and I had to search the entire premises myself for my car and wasn’t even in a parking spot. Sad part is I purchased my vehicle from this dealership and would have expected far better service then provided. Service provider Brian Wilcox was very disrespectful towards my mother and needs to be taught proper etiquette when dealing with seniors. His careless attitude, unwillingness to help was evident when he brushed my mother off to another associate by the name of Darren. More
