The lady who had called us to offer help was off the day we would be in and she not only arranged for a coworker to spend time with us but also offered to come in and help if he could not answer our questions or program our phones. purchased a 2016 Cr-V, 2011 F-150 same day! I came in with my wife and two kids after speaking with AUTUMN on the phone. She had my new CR-V pulled up cleaned out ready to go, and HOLLY showed I came in with my wife and two kids after speaking with AUTUMN on the phone. She had my new CR-V pulled up cleaned out ready to go, and HOLLY showed my wife and I our new car. Being an out of state resident and having an "odd" situation my paper work took longer than expected, and my kids were getting anxious DANNY gave us a purchase agreement so we could come back the next day to finish up, and was able to take the car home. (he offered to send someone to my house which is an hour away to fill out the papers!!!!) The following day i went to sign the papers inquired about a year newer vehicle, long story short, they re-did the paper work and ended up getting the better deal. AUTUMN, HOLLY, and DANNY jumped through hoops to help me and my family out and it was a pleasure working with them. On my way out of the parking lot i saw a F-150 on there lot, i called DANNY and asked about it, he said, "man if you'r gonna buy two cars from me today, I'll cut your a great deal!" and he delivered. I also dealt with JOEY for the paperwork, turns out he was awesome too. I couldn't be happier with my deals I made and the staff that I dealt with I would recommend with enthusiasm to everyone, thanks a lot AUTUMN, HOLLY, JOEY and DANNY! More
