We love Michael Hohl Honda. We purchased a prepaid service contract for this vehicle. When it’s time, we set an appointment and bring it in, relying on the service department to do whatever is needed at that time, covered by the service contract. Normally, the service advisor reviews everything that was done to the car when we are done. It’s usually just a simple oil on a filter change and maybe a tire rotation, but they also do a multiple point inspection of the vehicle. This time, when our vehicle was done, the service advisor just handed as the keys and we signed the paperwork and were on our way. We didn’t think anything of it. Yesterday, we had to activate the wipers and the washer for the windshield. However, there is no washer fluid. It was completely empty. We haven’t used the windshield washer at all since we had the vehicle serviced. So now we’re wondering what else was not inspected. More

I was in search of a vehicle and Michael Hohl Honda had it! Before I drove out they helped me over the phone. Everything was seamless from the start. I got the right amount of attention and the best offer it! Before I drove out they helped me over the phone. Everything was seamless from the start. I got the right amount of attention and the best offer on my trade-in. This dealership communicates via texts, emails and phone. Once I got there everything was already prepared. All I had to do was test drive the vehicle and sign papers with finance. I would definitely return but that wont be for a long time because I purchased a Honda. I highly recommend working with Aaron if possible, especially if you're not local. They make buying a car worth it and a dealership I can trust. Thanks guys! More
