They checked the tire pressure and adjusted it they said. But the next day I had a message on the vehicle diagnosis that all 4 tires had low pressure. I live 30 minutes away from the dealership so I called t But the next day I had a message on the vehicle diagnosis that all 4 tires had low pressure. I live 30 minutes away from the dealership so I called to tell them in hopes that they would tell me how to clear the warning light on the dash. When I called the service number it was a recording that said the mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. Finally, I called the sales line and had them transfer me to service. The person who answered told me that they can't do anything without having the car there. She respected the same thing again when I asked what I could do on my own but the second time she acted annoyed and said there is really nothing we can do without the car. She could have just said if you adjust the pressure the code will reset on its own, but no such luck. I have the dealer do my service so I don't have to worry about it but now I wonder if I would get better service at Jiffy Lube. More
