Your service technicians were unavailable or chatting incessantly with another customer. A bit on the slow side, trying to get a service technician to assist me. I stood in front of a bunch of empty desks for 15 minutes. This happens every time I visit your service department. A waste of my time. In addition, I made it very clear that I needed the rear left upper fender cover when I came in with my car. They did not order the part, so now I have to drive to Carson City again from Northwest Reno when the part comes in to have it replaced. This did not make me very happy!!! More

Our advisor Desiree offered friendly and efficient customer service, explaining the service that was needed for our current mileage. The driver I had was great but was stressed when he could not get to the customers quick enough. More
