Don't buy prepaid service plan. I had a terrible experience they said they rotated my tires however they actually never took them off the vehicle. Had curb rash on front right wheel I had a terrible experience they said they rotated my tires however they actually never took them off the vehicle. Had curb rash on front right wheel and it was still there after they rotated them. Hard to rotate only three wheels? That was a terrible lie. Next service which was still prepaid they told me I had uneven wear on tires needed an alignment and four new tires then refused to do the tire rotation which I already paid for. After prepaid service ended I took my car in for an oil change which was not prepaid and when they checked the tires they found no uneven wear nor did they say I needed an alignment or new tires so driving 5000 miles solved the problem with the tires. Then they left spare parts on the driver side floor. The service department should give me my money back for the tire rotation they never did which I paid for. And in the future actually do the work they say they did and finish the job correctly. More
