Maintenance Customer Rep was rude. For the second time, we brought our Honda CRV in for recommended service and were confronted with your team not able to find our warranty. The first time we brought the vehicle in, we found out your salesman who sold us the vehicle fraudulanty signed us up for the wrong warranty. When we uncoverd this, we approached managemnt, who researched it, and agreed. Brett Wilson helped us change the warranty to the correct warranty. There appears to be a disconnect with the front office and the maintenance department. The Customer Rep got frustrated with my Wife and when my Wife asked if they were going to wash the car after the service, she said, "we don't do that here". When my Wife explained that they washed the car after the first time we brought it in, the Rep changed her mind and scheduled the wash. More
