I went up to the closest rep, which was Felicia. She apologized for the mixup, and explained what happened. She sat me down immediately and took down my request for what was needed on my vehicle. She told me my vehicle would be serviced ASAP, and not to worry. Within 90 minutes I was out the door with my Outback, and a good clean bill of health for my vehicle. I appreciate what Felicia did for me after the early inconvenience, and I will recommend Michael Hohl service to all my friends and family. Thanks again to Felicia for her professional service. More
