The customer svc was just ok. They did not go out of there way to make sure I was happy with the service. I had asked them to adjust windshield wipers on my 2007 Kia and was told yes they needed a small there way to make sure I was happy with the service. My Mitsubishi Eclipse was towed to this dealer when my timing belt broke. The service department performed a diagnosis and told me that the car needed a new belt and head cylinder, the cost would be $240 timing belt broke. Not being able to afford this expense, I decided to have a local mechanic look at the car instead. It turned out that I only needed a timing belt and a new sensor. The cost of the repair was only $800 including labor. This dealer also charged me $434.00 for the diagnosis - which was incorrect. They were going to charge me $2800 for an $800 job! Aside from feeling ripped off, my GPS system was stolen out of my car while it was at the dealer. I contacted the manager about the situation who in turn told me that there was nothing he could do. DO NOT do business with this dealer! They are theives and will try to rip you off with repairs that are not needed! More
