Easy to access from I-90 Greeted immediately by service staff member who checked me/car in for service; he advised to remain with car as my assigned advisor would meet with. I have never had a good experience with dealership service. Fortunately Michaels broke that string of bad service. The tech assigned to me, Gabby, did an excellent job keeping me informed about the progress on my car. They completed all the work requested and did not try to sell me something I did not need. On top of that, the cost of the service was very reasonable. As a result, I shall be back to Michaels for service for both of our cars. More
