Took a chance this past Tuesday morning on getting an oil change without an appointment after a week of major power outages in my area. Issue's were not related to the sales staff. However, my faith has been restored, thanks to Diane handling the sales side and Jake on the finance side. It was the shortest, smoothest, most honest experience I've ever had.
