We went to a Toyota dealership shortly after that visit and experienced the exact opposite from their sales team; they were very aggressive, bordering on rude, and were texting, calling, and emailing us multiple times a day. It definitely factored into our decision to go with Michael's Subaru (and Quinton) in the end. More
