This service focus only on generating big value of invoices During my last visit, they recommended to change engine and cabin air filters based on their examinations, but I didn’t accept their offer. Nowadays, During my last visit, they recommended to change engine and cabin air filters based on their examinations, but I didn’t accept their offer. Nowadays, to change these filters is very easy DIY project and I decided to check the filters’ conditions by myself. When I did, I have found both filters in very bad conditions. I can understand filter can be dirty due to heavy use, but they had extra dirt on them like tiny tree branches and leaves. I don’t understand why they didn’t clean that extra dirt on them. I expect to get basic cleaning done during their examination before recommending to change them. Moreover, I have asked them to lubricate car door hinges to stop the squeaky noise, but nothing was done! More

Only slightly hurt, I'm grateful the car protected me. That was the first indignity. It took a week for the adjuster to decide if it was totaled, and determine the replacement cost value of the car. Dealing with the insurance adjuster was the second indignity. Throughout this process, Farid (Naj) Najmolhoda was involved, responsive and helpful. Sympathetic to what had happened, he had my new car ready - will all the options I'd had on my old car - long before I could get to the dealership and at a very good price. I drove it home yesterday. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of Naj, and his commitment to service what I needed and wanted. While I wish the accident hadn't happened, Naj is by far the brightest spot in the process. He's simply the best. More
