Ozkan was very helpful and a very friendly guy. The next day I came back to fix the astray of the car I bought from Michaels Autos, he showed and taught me most of the features of the car. He spared his busy time to teach me how to operate the navigation, bluetooth, and among other things. I will not hesitate to recommend other buyers to contact him because of his pleasant personality. Armando was a trip! He did not become unpatient with me even though I asked too many questions to get what I want. He was very persistent, but very professional to talk to. I don't think other buyers will have a problem with him because he always give you a space for hope to own the car that you want. Frank was also nice to talked to and very precised. He presented his business and made it happen. Rami was very helpful and informative. He explained to me a lot hings about the car and made me realized that the car that I bought is a great car. More

Over the top customer service, from the sales to the finance all professionals with attention to details and excellent treatment. I originally had a bad experience with Michaels Auto. After the manager heard about my experience he quickly contacted me and resolved all my issues. The customer service was great at first, however I am only giving it a 4 due to my bad experience with one of the staff members. They gave me a great price on the car and paid a great price for my trade in. It was hard for them to get me approved with the monthly payment amount I was requesting, but they managed to do it. Frank was very helpful and made me feel comfortable when I was buying the car. He wasn't too great with handling my compliant about some issues I had with the car, but thats when Roger came in and fixed everything. So all in all I'd recommend Mike's Auto and will more than likely be coming back to do business with them again. More

I just purchased my 2nd vehicle from Michaels Auto, a beautiful 2008 BMW 335i w/just over 50,000 miles. The vehicle even came with an extended warranty from BMW that will cover it for another 50,000 mile beautiful 2008 BMW 335i w/just over 50,000 miles. The vehicle even came with an extended warranty from BMW that will cover it for another 50,000 miles. My 1st was a 2003 Acura CL Type-S which I purchased in 2005 and drove until recently. While I could not remember the salesmen that helped me out with my 1st purchase, I did recall that I had a great experience. Franco took excellent care of me this time around and made the entire sales process quick and painless. I’ve purchased several vehicles throughout the years, both at new car and used car dealerships, but I don’t see any reason why I would go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle from here on out. As long as Michaels Auto is in business they will have a loyal customer. I will be referring friends and family without hesitation. Thanks Franco! More
