I was instantly impressed by the selection of over 100 cars on display, with multiple photos and useful information on every listing, including a free CARFAX report! They happened to have a black on black 2006 BMW M5. The car looked amazing in the pictures, it had all the right options and a clean history report. I was able to instantly chat with a sales rep on the site. The rep was very helpful and answered all my questions about financing and such. I made an appointment and went in the next day for a test drive. The car looked better in person. It was love at first sight! My sales rep Chris was very courteous,knowledgeable and informative. After a short test drive, I decided to purchase the car and apply for a loan through Michaels Autos. I don't have the best credit, but the Finance department at Michaels Autos worked with me to get an approval on the car of my dreams. Its been about 2 months now and I love my M5.
