Helpful, Open, Honest.. Very satisfied I drove all over Florida looking for a Jeep Compass Trailhawk and nowhere could compare to the guys at Michaels. Looking at the lot they have, you can tell they care about their inventory. With this being my first car buy I was scared and unsure but I honestly couldn't have asked for it to be any better. Hands down one of the best dealerships you can find. All the guys were helpful from beginning to end, they definitely went above and beyond even after my deal was finished. I noticed that my tires were show the guys were helpful from beginning to end, they definitely went above and beyond even after my deal was finished. I noticed that my tires were showing some thread from wear and tear and they cut a check so I could replace them, what other dealerships do things like that. Thanks again guys! More

I saw a Range Rover for sale in this showroom, after I called them and agreed with them on the price I flew all the way from Los Angeles to come and buy the car. After meeting with them they changed the p called them and agreed with them on the price I flew all the way from Los Angeles to come and buy the car. After meeting with them they changed the price we agreed upon. Another issue was about small dent on the car that Was never mentioned when I asked if there was any damage on the car. Also it didn’t appear clearly in the photos. They became rude and mean with me, however I decided to buy the car anyway. When I brought the check to them they told they don't have the title for the car and I will get it after 3 weeks, so basically they wanted me to pay them and they will keep the car and the money. They are scammers be careful and don't give your business to them. More
