Professional and straight forward I called Ken and told him we are coming in to look at a car that I liked. Rick and Ken did exactly that, I couldn't be more pleased with the experience my wife and I had at Michael's autos. once we decided on the vehicle and submitted our credit app I was driving away my new car in less than 20 minutes with an amazing interest rate zero down and no hidden fees. with the interest-rate in terms he got us there was no reason to negotiate that my wife asked for a slightly lower price and we made it happen.
