Bought a used car. They said they put it through a safety inspection. It had problems. They attempted to fix it six times. Agreed that it met the definition of a Lemon Law buy back, but refused to buy it back and said to go ahead and file a lemon claim as they have "lots of experience" with lemon law claims. Seven months later, when I brought it in for service, another dealership advised me to get out of the car as soon as possible. Issues include (again, they said they put it through a safety inspection): oil pan leak, separating struts, corroded brakes, seized calipers, corroded subframe, compromised serpentine belt, water pump pulley, side marker lenses not working, engine ground strap frayed and separating, suspension coils corroded, bumper held on by zip ties, corroded clutch slave cylinder. I informed Michaud of these findings. They asked to see the report. I sent it to them. They did not respond. I pinged them days later for their thoughts. Still no response. More

Being from NH, I didn't initially intend on buying a used truck in Mass., but I'm glad it worked out that way! After dropping my wife off at Logan, I traveled up to Michaud Mitsubishi to check out two us truck in Mass., but I'm glad it worked out that way! After dropping my wife off at Logan, I traveled up to Michaud Mitsubishi to check out two used trucks--they happened to have two in stock that met my search criteria on Car Gurus. Brian Doherty greeted me and we checked out a Ram and a Chevy. I ended up choosing the Ram thanks to Brian's no-pressure demeanor and outstanding customer service. I was nervous about buying an expensive vehicle (for me), but Brian went out of his way on his day off to meet me at an independent mechanic in southern NH for a second opinion on the Ram. This was an incredible show of good faith as I had previously been denied the opportunity to get a used truck independently assessed at a dealer in NH. There were some logistical hurdles being an out-of-state buyer, but Brian and Bill Murphy were on-point with timely communication and support. Overall, great experience with Michaud Mitsubishi. Out of four or five dealerships I met with during my car search, this team was by far the best to work with....and even if I didn't buy the truck, they'd still surely get a positive review from me.
