Started off great but. When purchasing my car the experience was great. Mary Kate and Carl where phenomenal. But that's where it ended. I came back to the dealership within When purchasing my car the experience was great. Mary Kate and Carl where phenomenal. But that's where it ended. I came back to the dealership within I a week of purchasing the vehicle. After I notice a chunk missing in the tire. I looked back at pictures of the car that I took the day we purchased the car and it was in the picture. When I asked Zach about it he said it was only superficial and completely safe. Even though you could see the cords in the side wall of the tire. So I went to my local tire company to get new tires where I found another surprise. As the where removing the tire they asked me for the key for the lugs. So I got the key from the trunk of my car and gave it to them and SURPRISE it's the wrong key! So even if i didn't replace the tires when i did and got a flat I wouldn't even been able to change it. So on top of purchasing 4 new tires for my car I had to purchase new lug nuts as well. Now number 2 I recieved 2 keys with my car one with a remote and one without. So I gave my wife the key without the remote as I would be primarily using the car. So one morning after working the overnight shift she had to wake me up to get my keys because her key set off the alarm. So back to the dealership I go. I went to the service department to ask them about it where they pulled my car in to see what was going on. The service department manager( Who was awesome) told me that there is no sensor in the door so every time she opens the door the alarm will go off and to go talk to the sales person that sold me the car. Where I explained the situation to Mary Kate and Zach. Where Zach's response was well don't use that key and most people dont even like the alarm. Where I asked him what was the point of the second key if it sets the alarm off and he just shrugged his shoulders and said just keep the 2 keys together. Where again I responded then this key is useless if she has to wake me up to get into the car and turned around and walked away. More
