Michaud Mitsubishi

I recently purchased a pre-owned Mitsubishi Outlander from Michaud Mitsubishi. Unfortunately not long after my purchase I had a problem with it. I fully expected the dealership to give me a hard time but from Michaud Mitsubishi. Unfortunately not long after my purchase I had a problem with it. I fully expected the dealership to give me a hard time but exactly the opposite was true. They stood behind their product and even gave me a loaner vehicle that they didn't have to. Not only that, I got a call from the owner Kevin and his son Zach to ensure my satisfaction with the quality of the repair! Their service Manger was also extremely communicative and very easy to speak to. I couldn't recommend them more and will definitely be back when I'm in the market again! Thank you! More

This dealership was extremely helpful in my quest to find my next vehicle. I was unfortunately faced with a seized engine with my previous car and need to find a new car ASAP. From the start, Zach was amazin my next vehicle. I was unfortunately faced with a seized engine with my previous car and need to find a new car ASAP. From the start, Zach was amazing. Due to timing/work schedules I had to test drive the car with my two kids in tow. The weather wasn't the best but Zach made sure to have the car warmed up and ready to go so I could transfer my car seats in quickly ( even offering to help). He stood out in the rain and snow with me while I transferred my cars seats into the rogue and outlander multiple times ( I am a visual person). Zach and my husband are similar size, so he sat in different seats to make sure my husband could fit comfortably as well. After I test drove the car, Zach continued to stay in communication with me through my preferred method which was texting/emails. It is much easier to communicate this way when you have two kids running around. Zach and the rest of the staff were very kind and accommodating to me. It's not the easiest going into a dealership as a woman with two kids but with this dealership I did not feel any pressure at all. I would highly recommend this dealership to others. More

Zack was the best when my mother in law came into Michaud’s to buy a used Outlander sport. He treated her with respect and kindness as this the first car in over 10 years she bought from Michaud’s.
