Beyond how fast the turnaround time was, the team at Michaud Mitsubishi made this the easiest car buying experience I could've had. I worked initially with Zack Michaud, who was diligent about staying in contact with me to gather the necessary information and available options. I met with him when I visited the dealership on February 14th, along with Joe LaFratta and Derek Pound. Derek was in charge of my paperwork; he spent the time to make sure I got the lowest interest rate available for my car loan and that the terms of my financing were well within my budget. He also broke down the financing in terms simple enough for me to understand and helped to expedite the registration & inspection process so I didn't need to spend even more time at the RMV. Joe was diligent in making sure I had all the paperwork and legalities sorted so that I'd be able to drive the car out of there that day, which was great. They gave me a great warranty, and the offer of their help and service should anything happen to the car. Beyond all of this fantastic service, the entire staff was so friendly and personable that it put me in an even better mood than driving off with a new car did. Kevin Michaud, the owner, even sought me out to introduce himself. I'm in love with my new car and beyond incredibly satisfied with my choice to buy it through Michaud Mitsu.
