After a brief discussion, he showed us the perfect car for our son. We returned the next day and as Steve was off, Patrick took over and we test drove the car and upon our return did the paperwork. The owner Kevin Michaud came in to the show room arriving for work and immediately came over and greeted my wife and I. He returned with a red rose and gave it to my wife as we had missed being in the show room on mother's day. We had a few things we wanted done to the car before delivery and everything was very carefully taken care of. A few days after picking up the car we received a nice card from Patrick thanking us for our business with a personal touch. As well as a phone call asking about our experience.
